Late Cancelation

Appointments canceled less than 48hrs prior to scheduled time slot are subject to 50% charge of scheduled service

No show

Appointments missed with no notice are subject to 100% charge of scheduled service. Continuous no shows / missed appointments may result in not be permitted to rebook

Rescheduling

Rescheduling appointments may be done at anytime up to 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Appointments held with a deposit my be rescheduled only twice within a six month period and must be within the same calendar year. If additional rescheduling is required deposit may be lost and a new deposit will be required

Deposits

Deposits are required for all PMU appointments as well as Full Lash sets and are Non- Refundable.

The deposit is a commitment to the larger time required to be blocked off for these bookings. Should rescheduling of the appointment be needed, clients may do so up until 48hrs prior to scheduled time. If less than 48hrs notice is provided deposit may be lost and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If the scheduled appointment is No Showed deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Deposit appointments may be rescheduled twice within a six month period and must be within the same calendar year. If additional rescheduling is required deposit may be lost and a new deposit will be required

Parking

Parking is permitted in the driveway or in the visitor stalls along Turnstyle. Parking pass is located at the front door.

NOTE: Please drive slowly down Turnstyle - Speed limit 10km - Strata monitors speed and will fine residents if visitors are speeding.

Guests / Children

Please let me know prior to your appointment if you will be bringing a guest with you. Children are permitted as long as they can sit quietly and do not get in the way of working
